JS/CSS code disappears if saved without editing it

Steps to reproduce

1. Open CSS/JS editor, type something in it and save;
2. Exit Reader section and re-enter it
3. Open CSS/JS editor and save the text without editing it in any way.

Expected behavior

The text doesnt get wiped out

The text gets wiped out
