“Load Chapter after JS/CSS injection” checkbox/toggle option

Describe your suggested feature

Delay the loading of the chapter until the JS/CSS injected is applied. A checkbox or toggle option in the settings under the css/js options

Why

Aesthetic reasons. To avoid watching the text spasm from the changes coming from CSS and JS. Unfortunately webview 129 loads at the same speed with that flaw conpared to webview 100 so i hope there is a fix for that.

Other details

Once the original text has been elaborated given by the changes from JS and CSS the chapter should load (and resume the scroll position eventually)
