Set Chapter Number as a default option on entries

Describe your suggested feature

Set this as default. The moment the app is freshly installed this should be applied as default. Every new entry added should display Only chapter numbers as default instead of Source Title. Currently, Source Title is set as default everywhere.

Why

Titles are spoilers. I was testing something on the app when i reverse sorted the chapter list of a deared novel and i accidentally saw the title of the 2334th chapter and it was.. lets say juicy. I want to avoid that at all cost; it is not the first time it happened. Who likes spoiler? There is no harm in having just the chapter number but i can't say the same with Source Titles set as default.
