Option to change time and date format

I want to change to 24h time format and DD/MM format (date)

Other details

Previously i had 24h format and DD/MM format when my device language was italian BUT then i changed it to English and discovered that there is a forced switch of the format in the app based on the device language. I would like to keep English and 24h DD/MM format.
