Reverse a bug fix with a different expected solution

I would like to change the "Expected behaviour".
The editor window should have only 2 positions: "default" (no keyboard) and "active" (with keyboard present, the window should move a little higher so that the save button is perfectly visible). In the video changing constantly from "default" to "active" makes one notice that the "active" position is not constant at all with some visual bug of the save button and editor suggestion phrase:
In addition changing constantly frok a state to the other makes the window change positions so i would like it to be well placed, fixed in its "active" or default one. So only two well fixed positions.

If it is difficult to fix in a short time, just the reverse of the 'bad' fix is fine. How it is now is a bit worse than how it was.
