[Aesthetic-flaw-fix] Text in chapter card is too in the middle, lift it

(Stable is 1.1.19)

The request is about lifting up the text inside chapter cards like in 1.1.19.

Notice how much the original text moves up to make space for the progress %. The larger the movement, the more noticeable it is when it moves up due to it.

By lifting the default height inside the chapter card (like in 1.1.19), the movement would be less large when the progress % gets added, thus more pleasing to look at.

Another reason to lift that text up is because it feels off. On tachi it is more pleasing to the eyes, probably for the very same reason.

On tachi, the very same text is like in 1.1.19
