[F-r] Option to disable checking app-update version (with confirm popup window)

Describe your suggested feature

A simple feature to unable the app in checking for app-updates new version. In Advanced Section, and it MUST have an popup message for confirmation like this in case of misclicks:

Add a double confirmation windows if you prefer.

Why

Users that wish to NOT be bothered by them, fully aware they will not be getting update notifications for the app. The double confirmation popup message is there to confirm the user is aware of it and not come crying for support on the discord for it :)

You might say

i would want users to be on the latest version

-they might have their reasons to stay, and simply not want to be bothered by forced popups

1. features that are not liked
2. failing bug fixes that worsen
3. new ui change that is not liked
4. newer version is slower
5. etc etc, personal reasons

Other details

(analogy) What would think if a door-by-door seller came to ur house every, single, day, even if u said NO all the days before, just because he rEEEally wanted you to buy his stuff?

If two double confirmation isnt enough, make it three confirmation popups
