[F-r] On/Off for repositories

Describe your suggested feature

Make a toggle option in settings>repos in each repository, and when u click on it, it will block-off this repo; when u click again it will enable it, and check the repo link again.

This will help alot when having multiple repositories at the same time and you wanna confirm which repo has the right extension update (if these repos has the same extension/s).

Add a popup warning when turning one OFF, and that same popup window should have the "Disable" button on the left, while the 'cancel' button on the right.

(of course invert the position of "cancel" and "ok", this is yet another quirk to avoid misclicks, not necessary tho)
