[Feature request] Popup message to halt unwanted link openings in the reader

Basically like discord does with links:

You click a link abd this appears:

A safeguard feature

Other details

One could say "just disable all triggerable links" but that is annoying if forced by default. Some authors leave the link for images uploaded on other websites.
