Add Chapter Categories and Filter

Describe your suggested feature

Currently we can filter chapters based "Downloaded", "Read" and "Bookmarked". I propose the addition of additional chapter tags/categories. These categories would be assigned by the plugin to allow for more advanced filtering, for example:

• Show only chapters by a given translation group for NovelUpdates;
• Show only free chapters for i.e. Stellar Realm.

Preferably these would modify the behavior of next chapter, etc.
