Options to disable images in reader mode and when downloading chapters

Also, because images in downloaded chapters can make downloaded novels take up over 100 mb in some cases, which causes the backup system to crash in addition to the wasted space. Also, sometimes you don't want to be viewing images, like some novels occasionally have images of characters in revealing or suggestive outfits that you might not want to be visible if you are reading at work, or at all.
