[Bug] Read chapter state not actively updated in a single reading mode session

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a chapter, scroll down until 100%, go to the next chaoter without exiting reading mode. repeat 5 times.

Expected behavior

Chapters properly marked as read in the internal chapter list of reading mode.

Actual behavior

Chapters arent marked as read until one exits the reading mode. (see.video)
