Ability to disable chapter list navigation drawer in the reader by swipe.

An option to disable it and.. even better turned off by default(drawer disabled)

Why

Scrolling with my left hand is annoying.

5-10% of the times the chapter list drawer on the left gets semi-triggered interrupting the scrolling, it's hella annoying.

I can't always make perfect vertical swipes, If it' a bit horizontal the drawer will trigger and interrupt my scrolling. If the first touch is too stale it WILL trigger the left drawer. The button to summon it already exists, i dont see the need to force the left drawer feature(left swipe) to everybody.

Other details

Tachiyomi doesn't have this problem.
