Add option to display all the chapters together instead of splitting them in pages

Some sources have chapters in pages like lightnovelpub and it's copies. It would be nice to have option to show them together. Or make app recognise unread chapters in other pages right now it recognises chapters in current page

This is added because some extensions send you to Cloudflare or directly block you due to high traffic, if a novel has too many chapters it may not load in the end even if it is at 80% or 90% Because pages that have Cloudflare have a limit on requests per second.
Instead you should ask them to add an option for the reload button to change to a button that allows you to reload all pages at the same time or something like that. but this only through a switch in configurations
