Configure Auto Update, Auto Downloads and Auto Delete functions

Describe your suggested feature

Essentially its a feature from Tachiyomi where you can configure which tags can update, download and/or delete, like for example i have tags for read complete and paused, i'd want the tag for "read" to keep updating and downloading, the "paused tag" to keep updating but not download and the complete tag to not auto update
