Custom covers stop loading

Steps to reproduce

1. Add a web novel (from any source) to your library
2. Use 'Edit Cover' to change the cover.
3. After a while, for some unknown reason, the cover stops getting loaded and shows as empty.

Expected behavior

It should keep the custom cover I have set.

Actual behavior

The cover is missing (like there is no cover).

Other details

Although I use v1.1.19, I didn't find it in the changelog for v2.0.0, so I believe that it hasn't been fixed.

I dont know how you checked the changelog, but I believe it is fixed in v2 app

I believe this also happens with local epub, sometimes it doesn't load the covers, maybe it's related?
