Getting Error on FIrst Startup of Docker - subsequent start up solves the issue; Not sure how to fix it

I am getting an error in the log of my docker when it is first started: "Can't call method "log" on an undefined value at /usr/share/squeezeboxserver/CPAN/Log/Log4perl/Appender.pm line 189."

It is cleared up when the docker is stopped and then restarted. I suspect there is a missing file, and/or a permission problem.
