Update configuration path in beginners guide

CHANGE_TO_COMPOSE_DATA_PATH is the path OMV is recommending for persistant config files.

It is a small change in the doc that is more true to the way OMV sets up things:

OMV compose Settings

  1. Container configuration files
  2. Persistant storage (access over CHANGE_TO_COMPOSE_DATA_PATH)
  3. Backups
  4. Docker installation

It makes sense to additionally keep large folders (media files) seperate in some sort of storage pool.

I did not realize the code of action when I first setup my OMV NAS and wrote the guide.
