Add effect plugins via drag and drop

Enhancement Summary

I think the ability to drag and drop plugins (fx) to mixer and/or fx chain would be a really cool feature to have (considering lmms uses single folder for plugins)

(I cannot really give any ideas on implementation. Because I have barely read the source code and the ideas I have about implementation is based on my wrong assumptions of how lmms works)

I like this idea. Instruments already work this way - you drag and drop them into the song editor - but effects are added through a dialog. It would be nice to have the experience be more consistent. Another side panel containing effects seems like a reasonable implementation, and I think the effect selection dialog can be left in for anyone who prefers that approach.

yea seems like a great feature to have. just not sure about how hard it will be to implement

i made a mock up of how i think this feature should be implemented (i also added an fx preset tab which is unrelated but would be a nice feature like how instruments have instrument presets) right clicking can favorite the effect (so it appears without the other effects when the "favorite" checkbox in the above picture is checked) or add it to an fx channel
