Send to new SlicerT instance right click option?

Enhancement Summary

Add a right click option to samples for sending it directly in with SlicerT, like with sample tracks and AudioFileProcessor.

Justification

It would be incredibly handy when needing to timeshift a lot of stuff, instead of having to place in a bunch of SlicerT tracks and then dragging each sample over, you can just right click. Would save a good amount of time.

Should we be using Alt? I don't think this is the way to go, since it triggers other parts of LMMS
