improvements to saving project files

Enhancement Summary

features to be added:

(shown in video)

• show backup autosave
• show saving text when you press save [edit: already exists, never noticed it]
• show how much time has passed since last save

(shown in image)

• load last backup-autosave option under files menu

Justification

i forget to save so this will be useful i think

show saving text when you press save

We got that already. It is displayed in low left screen: "Your project <project> is now saved" However, this is shown in discreet grey chrome with normal white text, in ~sz 14 That would be 'ok', if not failed save also was displayed in exactly same way, and position. Only difference is ten string: "Your project <project> was not saved" I tried to find a way to make successful saves green and failed with red text, but strangely qt does not have an option for a single string color Also 'duplicate' https://github.com/LMMS/lmms/issues/4514#issuecomment-454785733

edited the original comment so it says that that feature already exists, everything else tho isn't a duplicate/already exists (i think)
