Disappearing notes

Some notes did not play (no sound) randomly, if VST synths is set in mono or legato mode and with fast volume envelopes with no sustain. In my case it is PG8X https://sites.google.com/site/mlvst0/ and Helm https://tytel.org/helm/ and Synth 1. In poly mode no problems.

LMMS 1.2.1 x64, Windows 7 x64.

Thanks - I've reproduced the bug. I don't think it's quite the same as #5122, but I would guess it's something similar with MIDI message timing/ordering. I'll investigate. You can work around it by using poly mode, as you noted, or by shrinking the notes in the piano roll ever so slightly so that they don't touch.
