lmms Remove GUI menu items for global automation

Completes step 3 from #403 BLOCKED BY #5229

This should be the only place where the GUI mentions and adds global automation menu items.

I think this PR is no longer blocked, but we might not be able to say done because step 4 (removing the global automation functionality from core) is not done.
