No language change button on website

I can't find the language change button anywhere I am in Poland and I have a website in Polish. I want to change to English because part of the translation does not work:

so due to the lack of the language change button, this is not easily possible.

However, it's true that the incomplete translation shouldn't be available.

Huh, you're right. There definitely was one before, but it seems like it's disappeared. Sorry for not double checking!

I have the same problem. On many websites the language is also reflected in the address bar, which helps user to change language. Not in this case.
