LSP - Sort presets by by instrument

Seems it would be useful to cache the XML instrument information and be able to sort by instrument in the LSP.

Has that menu changed since this bug was reported? It's not showing me the separate type/instrument sections: image

The .xpf files' instrument data aren't currently indexed, so adding this would require a method to extract and scan each .xpf on the server's filesystem and then populate a new "Instrument" column into the database for that file.

This is going to suffer upgrade issues as well as instruments get renamed internally, e.g. papu versus FreeBoy.

I vote we close this, but it's 100% technologically feasible and wouldn't be a whole lot of work.
