Description of Feature

For administrators to test any task

Commands:

• /quest admin set/add/del <quest_id> <task_name> <goal (number)> <player_name>
• /quest admin start/cancel/track/reset <quest_id> <player_name>

Reason for Addition

• The command "/quest admin set/add/del" is to learn how the task works.
• The command "/quest admin start/cancel/track/reset" can be used to force-start, cancel and enable tracking of non-repeatable tasks. The reset command can be used for repetitive tasks.

Alternative Solutions

There does not seem to be an alternative solution at the moment.

There are no cancel and set/add/del commands in "/q a moddata".

I just discovered that the /q a moddata cancel wasn't implemetend, but I needed it :/
