Multiple Tasks not working

Description of Bug

Have citizens_interact, position and more tasks not registering progress in quests. They have worked fine for old quests made but new ones it is not working. Have followed the wiki for correct coding and tried discord but got no help or advice so assuming it is a bug.

Non bug but request on all tasks including the line for custom code, I have a citizens deliver a custom model and I am unsure on the layout for the custom code/item please.

Steps to Reproduce

So I do not know if it applies to many task types but I know it 100% is effecting the progress on citizen tasks and position/co-ord based ones.

Environment

• Minecraft version: 1.18.2+
• Server software: apex?
• Quests version: Quests-3.13.2-d709ab4 / latest I believe?

Agreements

• [X] I am running the latest version of Quests
• [X] I am certain this issue is unique and a similar issue is not currently open
• [X] I am using a version of Minecraft which is supported by Quests

Found it and it's not showing anything at all I set it up for that quest to show all progress/bugs and going near the and to the co-ords show no messages and same with interacting with the npc not 1 log appears from the debug command.

All the files are identical just each question has different content it's odd as we have old established quests that work fine but it's new ones we have written that aren't registering no matter what. Is there a specific file/page you'd want to see?
