Block break event not registering with Quests when using custom smelting enchantment

Description of Bug

When a player uses a pickaxe with the smelting enchantment from AdvancedEnchantments any block broken with it does not count towards a quest tracking the block break event. I've tested with other plugins (specifically Denizen to watch the events) and they are registering the event so its definitely an issue coming from Quests. Any idea why this is happening? Possible fix? Thanks in advance.

Steps to Reproduce

• Start a quest where you have to break ore
• Break any ore block with the smelting enchant from AE

Environment

• Minecraft version: 1.19.2
• Server software: Paper
• Quests version: 3.13.2-d709ab4

Agreements

• [X] I am running the latest version of Quests
• [X] I am certain this issue is unique and a similar issue is not currently open
• [X] I am using a version of Minecraft which is supported by Quests
