Item customization for Locked & Permission quests

More Item customization for locked quests view and permission-required quests.
I would like to customize my own item for each locked quest. I wanted to set up the same item as the non-locked item for each locked quest, but it would look different, with a customized locked name and a customized locked lore. So for example i can type "You need to complete all quests to do this one" or "You need to create a wand for this quest (actually this is a permission requeriment quest, but i wanted to tell them how to obtain it)"
Description of Feature
Make locked quests show a configurable item (as Quest-Display Item/Category Display Item) and also configurable messages for each quest (if defined in that individual quest config). If not, show the default item & message configured in the main config.
Alternative Solutions
- A book where it says what do you need to unlock some quests
- adding an NPC command which needs the player have the permission to execute it
