Numeric values having decimals

Description of Bug

Basically when a quest is a papi_evaluate type, and the placeholder is a numeric integer (aka a number), it always displays it with a decimal, for example 0.0/10, when it should only display as 0

Steps to Reproduce

1. Define any papi_evaluate quest with a numeric integer as a requirement
2. Start the quest
3. See the progress (refer to ''Other'' as I left a complete example of it)

Environment

• Minecraft version: 1.16.5
• Server software: PaperSpigot 1.16.5
• Quests version: Latest up to date (September 11th)

Agreements

• [X] I am running the latest version of Quests
• [X] I am certain this issue is unique and a similar issue is not currently open
• [X] I am using a version of Minecraft which is supported by Quests
