Task "consume" missing support for CAKE_SLICES_EATEN

Description of Bug

I want to force my players to eat cake. I can't, now they will starve :(

Steps to Reproduce

item: CAKE_SLICES_EATEN in type: "consume" will tell you it does not exist. i also tried with just Cake, and that didn't count

Environment

• Minecraft version: 1.17.1
• Server software: Paper version git-Paper-135 (MC: 1.17.1)
• Quests version: Quests version 3.9
