More metadata for existing tests for version and category information

Possible metadata

• id: test file ID name
• OpenMP version number
• code pattern name: property lablels, We can have more than one per test

We can encode the info.

• using a sparated json file, with key-value pairs for each test
• as comments in the end, not changing line numbers of real code
