support cascading remove / renames that keep valid blueprint

rename a coordset (and update all assoced topos) remove a coordset (and remove all assoced topos, fields, matsets, adjsets, etc)

rename a topo (and update assoced fields, matsets , adjsets, etc) remove a topo (and all assoced fields, matsets, adjsets, etc)
