Inconsistency in strings from DBGetObjtypeName and DBGetObjtypeTag cause problems in Python module

A good example is overall silo type member with string value multiblockmesh or DBmultimesh.

We have to find a solution which maintains backward compatability with this silliness but ensures consistency going forward.
