I have problems to see how CompositeBoundaryAlgorithm and CompositeBoundarySchedule are intended to be used or even what they are supposed to do.

• Can they for example help with flux corrections on coarse-fine interfaces between two refinement levels. If yes, how?
• Their tests seem to be incomplete
• What are preconditions for patch data ids passed to these classes.
• What does it mean that data ids get "handled" (probably allocation and deallocation)
