Restarts with refinement boxes are regridding

Hi,

When we write a restart file with a simulation that uses refinement boxes, the restarted simulation performs regridding operations so we see a divergence between the original simulation and the restarted simulation.

This isn't blocking. When we use tagging for both simulations regridding is the same for both so they remain equivalent.

if you rather this was a comment on #8 I can do that.

I only saw this on one of my dev machines so I might have some version mixup also
