FEM Kernel Update

• [ ] Add an atomic variant for the mass PA kernel
• [ ] Update Diffusion kernel -- mfem version has been updated
• [ ] Update reference link for mfem, also add the mfem release version.
• [ ] Add variant which checks performance of making a copy of BlockDim.x to a local register and using that to increment the loop
