RDLS algorithm's lambda value shows always zero.

@kylechampley, I made a special geometry for my test with leapct's "d05_3dflashCT.py" example.

And this new example shows good projections images with this geometry, but RDLS can not make any back-projection slice. It shows always lambda value is zero. I use the simulation phantom from your laminograph example.

Could you check this issue with the attached my example scrip?
