Improve Nix build

Currently there is a PR for Nix build support, #407. A few things would improve the Nix install after this is merged.

  • GitHub Action to run the build
  • Add Cachix support for common platforms, like with Adamantine
  • Options for Kokkos (OpenMP, Cuda)
  • Finch support
