For domains with the same x, y, and z bounds, nuclei should be placed in the same positions with the same grain ID and time step values independent of cell size. When sorting the nucleation events by nucleation time, the float time should be used rather than the time step for the edge case where multiple nucleation events are possible in a cell on a given time step
