No_color for the example data
Dear LKremer, Thank you for this softeware, while when I run the example date, black and white figure output.
python ./CAFE_fig.py example_result.cafe -c Isoptera=zne,mna -pb 0.05 -pf 0.05 --dump test2/ -g .pdf --count_all_expansions

Hi guys! Have you figure out the problem? I've struggle with it for a long time.
Hey, guys, I think it's because you set the λ the same for all the nodes, so there is no difference between min lambda and max lambda, so there is no colour.
Thanks a lot! Yes, you're right, I have figured it out. But another question is coming followby that how to set the λ, I mean, how to set the λ between different species when I don't know the exact relationships of evolutionary rate.

there is a guide about how to estimate the λ between species in the cafe manual .
