Description

• Consolidate share functions and use generatePromise function
• Removed /web/signing/signConditionEcdsa endpoint related functionalities
  • Related linear ticket: https://linear.app/litprotocol/issue/LIT-3275/remove-signing-jwt-functionality
• Added node-interfaces.ts as a centralised place for all Lit node endpoints and their request/response interfaces & types.
