Add new `e2e` tests for lit action api

Currently e2e-nodejs tests are not covering all functionality within the lit-action-api. The following functionality needs new test cases

• isPermittedAction
• isPermittedAddress
• isPermittedAuthMethod
• getPermittedActions
• getPermittedAddresses
• getPermittedAuthMethods
• pubkeyToTokenId
• checkConditions
