[WIP] Typescript migration

Typescript migration

Based on the migration of Lit SDK to TS https://github.com/LIT-Protocol/lit-js-sdk/pull/19

Fixed to fully use typescript on that.

Notes

  • i'm using Yalc for test locally and validade the npm packages.
  • Bump version to 2.0.0 also.
