Error in vame.csv_to_numpy(config) step

I am using colab to use VAME. I am getting following error when I run vame.csv_to_numpy(config)

My csv was generated from DeepLabCut after minimal training for testing. Is it possible that I needed to train more epochs before this step works.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi, It would be helpfull to have a snipet of the dataset to understand this, as the nature of the function is data dependent. Please re-post it together with your question at https://github.com/EthoML/VAME. Thanks BR Pavol
