Linstor Controller DB error after upgrade

Open t0mat000 opened this issue 8 months ago • 1 comments

Hi,

We have LINSTOR installed on Proxmox.

The last two LINSTOR controller upgrades didn’t work for us — we had to revert using a VM snapshot.

After the upgrade, the following message appeared and the controller didn’t start:

[Main] ERROR LINSTOR/Controller/ffffff SYSTEM - Database initialization error How can we repair the database after an upgrade? Or is there a way to check and repair it before upgrading?

Hello there,

Just from Database initialization error it is impossible to say what went wrong and therefore how to repair the database. Can you please send me a dump (or if you are using the default H2 database simply the database-file(s)) to the email address from my profile?
