New pvc from snapshot got "destroyed" after a few seconds

Snapshots are working flawlessly. If we try to create pvc out of snapshots most of the time the new pvc gets destroyed after a few seconds. It starts syncing first and after a few seconds we see the following:

linstor v l shows:

Cause:
    The volume could not be found on the system.

We use pvc from snapshots temporarily as a possibility to export snapshots to s3 storage.

linstor error-reports show:
