[FR] FHIR R5 Support

As FHIR version R5 is around the corner I would like to open that Feature Request. Is there already some work to support import and export of Qs and QRs on the new version?

I will leave this open as a request for R5 support, which we are looking forward to working on, but I don't see us getting to it before next year.
