Custom veilid bootstrap servers

Allow - in some less prominent settings page - that folks can specify their own bootstrap servers for Veilid to use Coagulate in their own Veilid network without needing to recompile the app.

Setting the URL on Veilid initialization is exposed since 703691f450f5dde027c6a1de91460565eee50230, we just need to figure out how to display this in the UI without confusing most of the main Coagulate users but also making it easy for communities that use their own Veilid network. And of course passing any custom choice to the initialization, potentially with some validation / testing bootstrap availability before that?
