docs(README): uniformity

  • change all youtube urls from the old identifiers to the new usernames
  • autohotkey repo was transformed into an org and same with glazewm
  • removing html from the end of links

Above changes are just for uniformity throughout README and do not bring out any groundbreaking changes.
